We are so happy to partner with Groupon and to be introduced to new clients like yourself! Now that you found us, here are a few things to note:
- When booking your appointment, let us know you will be using a Groupon so we can schedule you with a stylist currently accepting them. If you do not mention this when booking and are scheduled with a stylist NOT accepting Groupons, you will be charged the full service price.
- Groupons should be purchased PRIOR to your appointment. We will redeem it before you receive your service. If you buy the Groupon at the salon you will have to pay the full price of the service that day and use the Groupon toward a service appointment on a different day.
- If you require services not included in the Groupon, mention it upon scheduling your appointment so you can be booked with enough time. Services not listed on the Groupon you buy will be charged at the full price and paid for after the service is complete.
- Extra long, thick or curly hair may incur additional fees. Your stylist will let you know during your consultation if this applies.
- Keratin Treatment Groupons may only be used once regardless of whether Groupon allows you to purchase it more than one time.
- We allow 1 Groupon use per client, regardless of whether Groupon allows you to purchase more. After that we hope you love your hair and our service and continue to schedule future appointments
- By using a Groupon you will be seeing a New Talent stylist. While very well trained, our New Talent stylists are still in training for advanced coloring, cutting and other skills. Therefore, corrective color services, fashion color services, precision bob haircuts, etc. will not be available using a Groupon. We recommend that you call for the best recommendation for your hair needs.
- Restrictions:
- If you are using a Groupon toward a Base color service, this will only cover the cost of a roots application. Roots to ends applications or complete color changes are an extra fee.
- If you are using a Groupon toward a Highlight service, specialty highlight services such as Ombre, Balayage, Babylights, etc. will be an extra fee.
- If you are using a Groupon toward a Keratin Treatment, it covers a traditional Keratin Treatment. We offer another Keratin Treatment that is for resistant or super curly, frizzy hair that is an additional fee.
- A Cancellation Fee of 100% of the services for which you are booked will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours or no shows. If you have an emergency, contact us immediately.
