Consultations

The $50 consultation fee for hair extensions, corrective color, Keratin treatments, or permanent straightening will be applied to your service.

Confirmation of Appointments

All appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance. We can confirm your appointment by phone, text or email. We ask that you please respond to confirm your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the services booked. We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book an appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service visit. For emergencies, or more information please contact us 404-812-0032.

Deposit Policy

We require a deposit to hold all appointments. Walk-ins are welcome and do not require a deposit, however availability cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

At Barron's London Salon, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can schedule a consultation to evaluate your hair. If an adjustment is needed, we may offer a complimentary redo, within 14 days of your appointment, if the correction is related to your original service and follows your stylist's recommendations.

If we determine that we cannot achieve your desired results through a corrective service, either during your consultation or after a complimentary redo, a refund may be issued at the salon's discretion.

Credit Card Processing Fee

All credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee. You can avoid this fee by paying with debit, cash, or check. We appreciate your understanding and your loyalty to our salon.
