Tips and tricks to turn up the volume
MAKE THE CUT! A good haircut can give you the volume (or the illusion of volume) you’ve always wanted! Adding a few layers can add some lift, but the best advice is to keep the cut you have in good shape. Don’t let split ends take over, and get a trim every 6 to 8 weeks or so. Also, collarbone and above is the length to shoot for. Any longer makes fine hair too weighed down. If you want it long, don’t cry! We have extensions for that!
FAKE IT! With all of the options available now, there is no need to suffer with fine, flat hair. Eliminating oil also goes a long way to keeping hair from falling flat. Use a dry shampoo between regular washing to keep hair fresh and add a bit of lift.
